Rolo Cookies


Rolo Tower


1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa
1 bag Rolos (12 oz) (I had 11 left over)
1 bag chocolate chips (I used semi-sweet)

1. Cream butter and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, salt, baking soda, and cocoa. Add chocolate chips.
2. Unwrap Rolos. If desired your helpers can make a Rolo tower.
3. Wrap dough around each Rolo. Place on ungreased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart.
4. Bake at 350℉ for 8-10 minutes.
