1/2 cup margarine or butter (can use 1/4 cup applesauce & 1/4 cup butter) 1 cup sugar (I have replaced with Splenda with good results) 3 eggs 2 cups flour (I used wheat flour this time) 1 tsp. baking soda 1 pinch salt 3 overripe bananas, mashed 2 tsp. vanilla 2 cups milk chocolate chips
1. Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs.
2. Add in flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. Mix in bananas, vanilla and chocolate chips.
4. Bake at 325℉. Bake in greased muffin tins for 10-15 minutes. Store in airtight container. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
