Blueberry Lemon Drop Cookies

Mix together:

2 cups plus 1 TBS flour
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Set aside

Mix together:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 egg
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 TBS. lemon juice
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Add blueberries and flour to above mixture. (Don't overmix like I did in the picture).

Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheets.
Bake at 375℉ for 11 to 13 minutes.
Yield: about 2-1/2 dozen
