Meatballs and Dill Sauce

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. dill weed
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
Meatballs, either make your own or get the precooked frozen ones.

1.  In a medium sauce pan melt butter.  Stir in flour, them add chicken broth, salt , and dill.  Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens.  Stir in Sour cream.  Cook until smooth and thick.

3.  Put meatballs in crockpot (I used the frozen ones and put them in frozen) and pour dill sauce over the meatballs.  Mix until all meatballs are covered.  Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until done.  Stir periodically.

German Pancake Muffins





5 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
pinch of salt

1.  Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray (Get it all).  Preheat oven to 400℉.

2. Mix together the eggs, milk, flour, and salt with a hand mixer or in a blender.

3.  Fill the muffin cups half full with the batter (It is very runny).  Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until puffed and lightly browned.

Serve with syrup, butter, or powdered sugar.
