Chicken Salad

2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 cup grapes, halved

1 TBS lemon juice
1 TBS chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup mayonnaise

1. Mix together lemon juice, onions, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise.

2. Add chicken, celery, almonds, and grapes.

3. Serve on croissants or other rolls.

Serves about 10
