Almost Ribbon Potatoes

Russet potatoes, as many as desired
Oil for deep fat frying
1. Using an apple peeling slicer cut potatoes.
2. Deep fat fry until lightly browned
3. Serve with grated cheese, crumbled bacon, sour cream, or your favorite toppings.
