2 lbs. white chocolate
2 big sticks peppermint candy canes, crushed
3/4 tsp. peppermint extract
1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
2. Add crushed candy cane and peppermint extract.
3. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and spread chocolate mixture onto wax paper. Chill until chocolate is set.
4. Break into pieces
