Thick Peachy Milkshake


from Country Woman August/September 2010

3/4 cup cold milk
1/4 cup peach nectar or orange juice
1 TBS honey
2 cups sliced peeled fresh or frozen peaches, thawed (about 2-3 peaches)
3 cups vanilla ice cream

1. In a blender, combine the milk, peach nectar or orange juice, honey and peaches; cover and process until smooth

2. Add ice cream; cover and process about 30 seconds longer or until smooth.

3. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Makes about 4 servings

  1. Peaches are my fav fruit, I can't wait to make this! Plus, I don't have to turn on my oven to make this!
