1 cup milk
1 cup fresh or frozen combination of raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and blueberries
1 small banana cut in chunks
1/2 cup apple juice or applesauce
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (or other flavor)
ice (only if using fresh berries)
1 tsp Flax seed (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
