Ingredients:
Stew Meat (about 3 lbs) or steak cut into 1 inch pieces
1 packet Au Jus
1 packet onion soup mix
1 (14.5 oz) can beef broth
Instructions:
1. Dump all ingredients into the crockpot, cook on high 3- 4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes or with rice and vegetables.
